" I went to my Neurofeedback session today. We have been working my trauma centre and my Limbic system so that I can process the emotions of the trauma.

It comes after a YEAR of 2 times a week having my brain re-wired. I've been at this protocol since end of Jan. it's been INTENSE. The Limbic system work is new to neurofeedback because they hadn't been able to tap directly into that system before.

We had been working every angle to deal with my brain reacting to emotions for a year already.

When I started, I was around 70 on the read for my limbic system. It's meant to be UNDER 30. Think I have a problem regulating emotions and that they run the show?

It's been a couple months and kept sitting at the peak of about 70.

TODAY... I KNEW it would have dropped. I KNEW. Because I FINALLY have had moments with emptiness inside.

After a lifetime of low-lying anxiety to FULL panic attacks that have felt like what I imagine a heart attack feels like... This is a BLESSING.

So today... I told my therapist this stuff and asked... when do I get to end the constant triggering of trauma, which is what is happening each week... she purposefully triggers trauma in my brain for months now so that I can process it.

She said... if you are feeling ready, that's the first sign we can talk about tapering you off this protocol.

At the end of the session, she told me my reading. The High point of my reading was a 63!!!!

This experience welcomes all genders. We begin in March You will receive a calender for all 21 days no later than February 25th so you can plan. You are welcome to join live and also by replay as needed. You will be given guidance and information for protocol once you've joined to prepare you for the Bobinsana experience.
